- Assist to choosing the event/meeting venue
- Assist to choosing to music and decoration for event use
- Keep follow up and report the event development
- Assist to creat and making the invitations/thank you card
- Contact with the venus to follow up event/meeting details(e.g. snack, drinks, AV equipment, decoration, seating format, etc)
- Event/meeting will have co-ordinating officer to the scene, for follow up the event/meeting and fix any unexpected incidents
